The results are in, and incredibly, Centric Wealth Advisory has improved on its stellar 2022 showing at the Intellidex Top Private Banks and Wealth Managers Awards.
- For the second year running, we were crowned Top Wealth Manager: Boutiques, and we pulled off an unprecedented three-peat in the People’s Choice Award.
- As if this wasn’t enough, we also had the rare opportunity to see Gené Scott and Charles McAllister scoop first and second place in the Top Relationship Manager awards.
- What’s more, we took top honours in the archetype awards for Entrepreneurs and Young Professionals and second place in the Retirees category
INTELLIDEX TOP PRIVATE BANKS & WEALTH MANAGERS AWARDS
The Top Private Banks & Wealth Managers survey is researched and prepared by specialist financial services research house Intellidex. Over the last 12 years, it’s established itself as the benchmark against which all South African wealth managers measure themselves. Results are based on a combination of client feedback, institutional questionnaires and judges’ assessments. This year a record-breaking 11,788 clients completed the online survey.
Being voted the Top Wealth Manager: Boutiques in 2022 and 2023 is a serious achievement. And the fact that we were also voted best-in-class for investors from the Entrepreneur and Young Professional archetypes (and we placed second for Retirees) further underlines the value we bring to our clients.
“CENTRIC WEALTH ADVISORY ACHIEVES SPECIAL FEAT”
That’s how the Financial Mail described Gené Scott and Charles McAllister placing first and second in the Top Relationship Manager Award. The FM explains that the award “lauds individuals who consistently provide excellent service and have fostered strong personal relationships of trust with their clients. It is a fantastic achievement to perform well in these awards.”
We couldn’t agree more and couldn’t think of two more worthy winners. Gené and Charles really do give new meaning to the concept of exceptional customer service. THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN
The People’s Choice Award is the only Intellidex award that’s based purely on client feedback. So, it’s telling that Centric Wealth Advisory has won this award in all of the past three years. As the Financial Mail puts it “Centric Wealth Advisory is making this award its own … While many firms claim client service to be what differentiates them from others, Centric is clearly getting it right.”
PUTTING CLIENTS FIRST
We don’t do what we do for the silverware. Instead, winning all of these awards is a heartwarming validation of the work we do every day to preserve – and enhance – our clients’ legacies. Even more so given the extremely difficult environment we’re currently operating in.
